A Public Registry for Verified Certification
EAACR — Eurasian Accreditation Certificate Register — is a publicly accessible database of valid management system certificates issued by accredited certification bodies.
The registry allows any organisation or individual to verify that a certificate is genuine, current, and was issued by a body holding valid accreditation at the time of issuance.
EAACR is operated under the oversight of EAASS — the Eurasian Association for Standardisation and Certification — and covers certification bodies accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1.
What Makes EAACR Verification Reliable
EAACR receives records directly from certification bodies. Each certificate entry is linked to the issuing body and the accredited scope under which it was issued.
EAACR cross-references certification body data with accreditation records to confirm the body held valid accreditation at the time of certificate issuance.
Accreditation bodies listed in EAACR are current EAASS members and signatories to the Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (MLA), ensuring international recognition.
What is an Accredited Certificate?
An accredited certificate is one issued by a certification body that has been formally assessed and approved by an accreditation body. EAACR only includes certificates issued by bodies accredited under ISO/IEC 17021-1 — the international standard for management system certification bodies.
Accreditation provides independent assurance that a certification body operates competently, impartially, and consistently. Without accreditation, a certificate cannot be verified through EAACR.
