These terms of use ('Terms') govern your use of the EAASS and its related bodies corporate websites, databases, software and applications ('Database'). Your use of this Database will mean you accept these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
The EAASS trademarks, service marks, patents, design rights and logos displayed on the Database, are the exclusive property of the EAASS and are protected under international trademark laws and copyright laws. Use of any of these marks without prior written permission of the authority of the EAASS is strictly prohibited. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The design, images, text content and overall layout contained in our Database are protected under international law as copyrighted materials. Anyone who claims, displays, reproduces copies or creates derivative works for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written permission from an authorized representative of the EAASS shall be in violation of copyright laws and trademark laws and multinational treaties and is liable for copyright and trademark infringement to the greatest extent of the law.
YOUR DATABASE ACCOUNT:
You will need a Database account in order to use some of the Database services or to verify your entity’s accredited certification. You can apply for your own EAACR Database account or it may be assigned to you by an administrator.
The EAASS may assign memberships to relevant companies. This will enable the use of some of our services. You will be responsible for updating and confirming information via the account details provided. All use of the services is to be in line with the terms of services.
The EAASS grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, fully paid-up and non-exclusive license to use the Database provided to you by the EAASS. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Database as provided by the EAASS, in the manner permitted in these Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Database, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our online Services, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have the EAASS’s prior written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and the EAASS recommends that you do not disclose your password to any third party. If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password and account, please contact us immediately. The EAASS makes no representations nor gives any warranties in respect of any password or other security mechanisms in place on the Site.
Unless otherwise agreed by the EAASS, your registration and validation of a Database account constitutes granting the EAASS the right to use your name and your company’s name and logo in the EAASS’s online and/or printed marketing materials and/ or in the Site, and to disclose that you and your company hold an EAASS accredited certification.
YOUR CONTENT AND OUR SERVICES:
You may be required to provide information or materials about your entity, business or product/ services as part of the registration process of the Site or use of the Database. You represent and warrant to the EAASS that all information submitted is true, accurate, current, complete and lawful, and that it does not infringe or violate any of the copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names, rights in designs, or any other rights of any third parties. You will also maintain and update all information in your profile to keep it true, accurate, current, complete and lawful, and inform us if there are any major changes which relates to any agreement which you have entered into with the EAASS.
Some of our Database services allow you to submit your own content. You shall retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. When you submit content to our Database, you grant the EAASS and those who work with us, contracted to us or partnered with us a worldwide, non-exclusive, unlimited, assignable, fully paid-up and royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations, or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Database), communicate, publish, publicly perform and publicly display and distribute such content. This license continues even if you stop using our Database or cease to hold accredited certification with the EAASS. You confirm, represent and warrant that you have all right, title, power and authority necessary to grant the EAASS the above license.
There are services where the EAASS may create new content on your behalf, including but not limited to, product / service photos and advertisement creations. In these cases, the EAASS will hold the intellectual property rights of the finished products and you shall take all such steps and execute all such instruments, notices deeds and documents necessary to vest those rights in the EAASS. However, the license shall terminate if you cease to hold a Database account.
We reserve the right to reject or delete submitted content if we suspect that any such content may infringe or violate any intellectual property rights or our Terms of Service, contain misleading, false, deceptive, threatening, harassing, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, illegal, damaging information. We do not, however, have the obligation to actively monitor the Site nor exercise any editorial control over the content submitted by our members. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any of the foregoing or the use of the Site by other users.
THE WEBSITE DOES NOT PROVIDE COMMERCIAL ADVICE
This Website, Services and the Content are for informational purposes only. EAASS collects data from all over the world; EAASS has not verified any such data or any Content on the Website and cannot and does not provide any assurances or warranties whatsoever regarding the accuracy or completeness of any such data or Content.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT:
During the course of enjoying our Database, you may come across content that is provided by third parties and public sources. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by such third parties, including information providers and users, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of the EAASS. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose in any respect whatsoever. You acknowledge that the EAASS has no control over such third party content and shall not be responsible or liable for any content, products or services made available.
NOTIFICATIONS AND SERVICE MESSAGES:
In connection with your use of the Database, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. Alternatively, the EAASS may place a banner notice across its pages to alert you to certain changes such as modifications to these Terms of Service. You also agree that the EAASS may communicate with you through your Database account or through any other means including email, mobile number, and telephone for delivery of services in respect to your membership. You may opt out of some of those communications. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully which constitutes part of this Terms of Service.
CONNECTIONS AND INTERACTION WITH OTHER USERS, CONSUMERS & SUPPLIERS:
The EAASS provides access to a partner platform to connect buyers with suppliers and certification bodies and accreditation bodies through our Database. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. The EAASS does not represent either the users, consumers or suppliers in specific transactions. Any transactions or interactions made between you and other users are the sole businesses between yourselves and the EAASS has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other users, and will not be liable or responsible in any way for any transactions or disputes between different parties whether any or all parties hold Database accounts.
The EAASS Database also provides a platform for users to publish their accredited certification. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information on your account is accurate and up to date. Users are hereby made aware that there may be risks of dealing with people acting under false pretences. We encourage you to use various means, as well as common sense, to evaluate with whom you are dealing.
In the event that any User has a dispute with any party to a transaction, such User agrees to release and indemnify the EAASS (and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction.

MODIFYING AND TERMINATION OF THE DATABASE:
We are constantly changing and improving our Database. We may add or remove functionalities or features of the Database and we may suspend or stop a Database service or the entire Database altogether. You can stop using the Database at any time. The EAASS may also stop providing the Database services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with these Terms of Service, or other terms or policies of the EAASS or if we are investigating suspected misconduct without any liability to the member.
The EAASS may terminate or suspend providing the Database to any user at any time at the discretion of the EAASS if the company do not meet the internal standards of the EAASS or international standards or breach the terms of service or breach any law or recognised regulation as determined by the EAASS.
LIABILITY FOR THE DATABASE:
The disclaimers of liability contained herein apply to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, bug or worm, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized action or intervention such as spamming or a denial of service attack or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records or material, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. These Terms of Service remain subject to change from time to time at the sole and absolute discretion of the EAASS and therefore you should check these Terms of Service regularly. When changes occur members will be informed through the websites and/or email. If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Service, you should discontinue your use of the Database.
